Isn't it time to put England first?
An English Democrats Government will:
Increase the proportion of English taxpayers money spent in England.
* Scrap the Barnett formula.
* Scrap regional government.
* Hold a referendum on and campaign to leave the EU
* Thereby saving at least £50 bn.
