"The Lib Dem candidate's claim that he secured funding for a new dentist is a LIE. A Freedom of Information request to the Manchester Primary Care Trust revealed that he had NOTHING to do with the funding awarded to the dentist. Yet the claim was repeated in several leaflets/letters to voters."

This then listed among four "dramatic untruthful claims".

The remainder of the leaflet is mostly positive biography and a program (sic) for the area. But it does include gloss of how Dr Zalzala feels she treated by the Lib Dems for whom she was a quite successful candidate in 1997 and 2001 in which year she overtook the Tories and made the seat a long shot winnable.
